Probably. The inspection was yesterday and I'm just waiting to hear the results. All I have heard so far are some elctrical concerns which shouldn't be too big a deal. I hope.

Congrats on selling your house. A friend of mine had hers on the market 11 months before it sold. I got lucky and sold mine in two, but that was because the builder of the house I purchased was desperate and bought mine from me to speed up the process.
I went sans KY Jelly on that transaction because that's how I roll. Though I did involve some circus freaks.
That Kentucky Jelly sure is tasty on biscuits, though.
